Because the Men's Golf Association (MGA) is a Section 501(c)(7) organization under the Internal Revenue Service regulations, certain documents are required to be available for public inspection. Posting these documents on the internet meets the requirement. In addition to the Exemption Application, the Exemption Letter and the Annual Information Tax Return, we have made available our Constitution and Bylaws (in html format).
